Since January 2004, Fonesure has offered mobile phone insurance and a variety of subscription based services that work in conjunction with mobile phones. These are marketed and sold to customers via the dealer network, high street multiples and the networks themselves.
The Business Requirement
Fonesure required a website to market the Fonesure suite of products and services to the public and provide the means to develop reseller relationships. The intended audience was broad, ranging from young teenagers to professionals in the 30-50 age range. The site was to comply with current UK legal requirements for website accessibility.
The Sigmer Solution
Sigmer designed and developed the Fonesure website, www.fonesure.com, using imagery that reflects a broad range of lifestyles, expressing youthful vitality and fun. Simple functionality was added to the site, including a Dealer Application Pack request form for interested resellers. Accessibility was addressed so that the site conforms to the minimum legal requirement for U.K. websites.
The Result
Fonesure is now the only U.K. based company to offer mobile phone insurance and other value added services to mobile phone users via one online portal. The website successfully addresses a wide audience with varying mobile phone service needs. It also provides an important point of contact for interested resellers and a means by which Fonesure account holders can access their accounts.
