The Business Requirement
The Apartment Service's existing website was difficult to use and did not provide a clear and concise guide to its 700 serviced apartments located worldwide. They required a new web portal that was interactive in nature and that was flexible enough to be easily accessed and used by both customers and apartment owners alike.
The Sigmer Solution
A website and database that allows customers access to the pricing and availability of its extensive network of global apartments and apartment owners. The Apartment Service team also have access via a secure area allowing them to regularly update and manage the flow of information to the site.
The Result
The Apartment Service continue to benefit from a newly designed, comprehensive website and management system that is easy to access and user friendly. Apartment owners are able to register more easily, thereby increasing the number of apartments offered than in the past. Customers are returning more frequently to the site as it is easier to use and provides detailed information on the apartments before they book.
After launch of this new site, The Apartment Service asked Sigmer to design and build a further website www.roomspace.com. Executive Roomspace is a lodging service for stays of one month or more, providing fully equipped self contained apartments. This new site hooked into already developed functionality from www.apartmentservice.com.
